Hello everybody!

All files are hosted by SourceForge now. I just did a clean-up and separated all applications sources from PIAPARA LiveCD sources. So, it's easy to download now.

I have to learn all SourceForge schemas now, because they have a lot of applications to offer. But it's an amazing service.

PIAPARA LiveCD is also at SoftPedia too.

I just created the PIAPARA LiveCD project at SourceForge:

The SourceForge tools will help me with file hosting, forums and bug report tools. It's a big step for this project.

New PIAPARA LiveCD v0.132

Version 0.132 - 9 July 2009

• This version is dedicated to my 30th anniversary since last 18 June! ;)

News:

• In sync with Mandriva 2009 Spring core: Kernel 2.6.29.6 and DirectFB 1.4.1
• SDLMAME 0.132.
• PIAPARA LiveCD will match the release number of SDLMAME.
• Removed the SDL library patch by Couriersud. It crashes with DirectFB 1.4.1.
• Different monitor support. Now we have the Wells Gardner D9200 too.
• 21 different SDLMAME executables for better performance. Please take a look at http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc-4.3.3/gcc/i386-and-x86_002d64-Options.html for more information.

Too busy these days!

Hello people, how are you?

I'm too busy these days with some pinball restoration and my wedding too. Also, I found a big problem with DirectFB library at Mandriva 2009 Spring release. To solve this, I opened a thread at Mandriva Bugzilla report tool:

For now, I have to wait some Mandriva news before I release the new PIAPARA LiveCD. I don't want to release a new version without the DirectFB video acceleration support.

Hello people!

Today I worked a lot onto next release of PIAPARA LiveCD! So, it's only missing a kernel update.
I'll try to do my best to include a lot of hardware support, to help people with notebooks/laptops and some RAID/SCSI hard disk drivers/controllers.
